PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your product before the item sells out.

The benefit of purchasing Pre Order items is that you will secure your product without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via Pre Order before they physically arrive in stock.

Preorders  is usually 5-7 weeks wait (production time).

Please note that delays may occur and dates are not guaranteed.

Montego Moss is not held liable for any delays that may occur if you wish to preorder an item.

You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre Order.

Normally, we do not accept cancellation of Pre Orders and they are final sale as they are set aside specially for you. So please take extra care when placing your order.  

 Please note if you preorder an item with other non preorder items this will delay your entire order. Please place your preorder item separate to avoid any delays on non preorder items. 

If you would like to cancel a preorder we will refund in a form of a store credit.
